It all starts with a consultation with the clients to discuss the style and location of the shoot. It’s also the moment where we discuss their sporting experience as a sports portrait is hard work – you need to be focused, be well rested and, most importantly, have at least some knowledge and experience in your chosen sport.
The planning starts once the consultation is over. No two shoots are the same, each is personalised to ensure that the photos taken reflect your personality and your passion for your sport.
On the day
The day of the shoot arrives and everything is ready. The clients warm up – just like on the sporting field – and then we get going.
After the photo shoot, the photos are sorted and carefully retouched to arrive at a result that will blow you away.
Here’s some photos from a recent Karate sports portrait with two members of the Academic Karaté Voiron.
